English School & Travel Centre (ESTC) is acting as a representative agent for various Swiss tour operators and affiliate agreements with various foreign Tour operators, hotels, excursions, travel related services.ESTC can not be held liable for any alterations, acts or omissions on part of those providing services listed in brochures or via the website or any other services incidental thereto.

ESTC does not invoice their clients directly. All invoicing, administration, control of tickets and documentation is organised by the appropriate tour operators.

Bookings made via ESTC'S website is a direct contract/booking between the VISITOR of ESTC'S website and the tour operator/travel service linked to ESTC. ESTC holds no responsibility for the booking. It is imperative that the client must read the booking conditions in the brochure or website before making a definite booking. A definite booking is confirmation that the client has understood and agrees with ESTC'S and/or the operating Tour Operator's conditions.


Passports & Visas: Clients are responsible for all visas, permits, necessary health requirements, and any other documents as required by laws, regulations and orders of the countries visited.

All passengers travelling in Europe require a Passport, valid for 6 months beyond the conclusion of their trip, and with appropriate visas. Some tours enter a country more than once, therefore, multiple-entry visas may be required for some European countries. Please contact the applicable Government authorities to get the necessary travel information. It is the responsibility of each passenger to have a valid Passport and necessary visas, as well as to comply with entry, health or other requirements of the countries visited.

The Operators and/or their employees and their agents are not responsible for passport, visa requirements, entry, health or other requirements of the countries visited or for any loss sustained by you for failing to comply with laws, regulations, orders and/or requirements of countries visited.




THE TOUR OPERATORS PROVIDING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES THROUGH OUR WEBSITE OR BOOKING ENGINE ARE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS AND ARE NOT OUR AGENTS. ETC IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE ACTS, ERRORS, OMISSIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, BREACHES OR NEGLIGENCE WHATSOEVER OF ANY SUCH SUPPLIERS OR FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING THEREFROM. YOU AGREE THAT ESTC WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY AND WILL NOT BE OBLIGATED TO MAKE ANY REFUND AND SHALL OTHERWISE NOT BE RESPONSIBLE IN THE EVENT OF ANY DELAY, CANCELLATION, OVERBOOKING, MISQUOTED RATES, STRIKE, RIOTS, FLOODS, ACTS OF GOD, SECURITY BREACH, FALSE TRANSMISSIONS, PRANKS, HOAXES, TECHNOLOGICAL FAILURE OR ANY OTHER CAUSE BEYOND OUR CONTROL, AND FURTHER THAT ETC SHALL NOT HOLD/HAVE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSE, OMISSIONS, DELAYS, RE-ROUTING OR ACTS OF ANY GOVERNMENT OR AUTHORITY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ESTC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH, THE USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR BOOKING ENGINE OR THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE OUR WEBSITE OR BOOKING ENGINE, OR FOR ANY CONTENT OR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH OUR WEBSITE OR BOOKING ENGINE, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR BOOKING ENGINE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ESTC HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES.
